Includes unlimited technical support, live phone and e-mail support, and service calls by a field service engineer who will come to your site and run a full annual system test and provide user training. You will have access to all the latest software releases, the technical forum and its code resources. All will be covered by an extended warranty. Should you have any hardware issues (excluding those caused by damage), we will send out replacement parts and/or deploy our field service partner to do the exchange and ensure your system is in pristine condition.
